1. Administrative Office:
Accept service request from clients and file them into
computer, send the assorted information to vehicle dispatch
department, check up the utilization status of vehicles
from time to time and contact frequently with clients,
work collaboratively with other department to help expand
the business and broaden the channels of goods sources

Vehicle
Dispatch Dept: Receive tasks from the Adminstrative
Office and depatch appropriated vehicles according
to the conditions of goods and the specified requirment
of clients, assure the goods to be delivered to
the accurate place on time and in good condition.
Customer
Service Dept.: Responsible for all preparation
work before departure. Send the depatched vehicle
to specified place of loading within the scheduled
time, assist driver check up the goods status
to ensure they are consistent with the contract
in terms of name and quantity, also help handle
relevant procedures. Make sure everything is well
prepared before the departure. Check up the vehicle
situation every day and send the information to
relevant authorities. Collect the bills after
the vehile is back.
Microcomputer
Management Room: Be responsible for file
routine works, such as assortment, management,
type-in and filing. The information of each driver
and vehicle is recorded and updated from time
to time. Every and each transportation task will
be filed into computer from the moment when it
was accepted. Report the feedback information
to relevant department. |

before starting to work, staff quality improvement,
courses on relevant laws and regulations, archives management
of employees

Dept.: Statistics report production, current
account management, project establishment, management
